We are an temporary employment agency that has been supplying qualified E&I personnel for the (Petro) industry, energy, dry offshore, shipbuilding and infrastructure sectors since 2007.

Our main focus lies on installing cable management, E&I components, tubing, installing cables and connecting them.

We want to achieve long-term relationships based on mutual trust and respect. This gives us a strong bond with our clients and our clients experience us as a reliable technical employment agency.

As a Dutch BV, we work exclusively with Dutch contracts. Our wages are therefore also regulated by law in accordance with the wage ratio regulation. Ebenezer works in accordance with the collective labour agreement for temporary workers and has been affiliated with the NBBU (www.nbbu.nl) for many years. Equal work is equal pay. This means that rewards such as; wages, ATV, allowances, etc. apply according to the same collective labour agreement as that of the hirer/client.

With our years of experience, we knowhow and we are proud of our company. We also have all the necessary certificates and quality marks such as; VCU, VCA, SNF & SNA (NEN4400-1).

The daily activities are managed from our head office in centrally located Barendrecht, The Netherlands. Our back office is located in Porto, Portugal where we have our own in-house department to maintain the payroll and debtors/creditors administration.
