With our roots in electrical engineering, we are confident in the many cases and various techniques that apply within our industry. We know the competencies of our professionals, the requests of our customers and the market in which we operate.
Safety is number one and all our colleagues have the right papers. VCA (or VOL) is mandatory, but we can also provide specific training such as; Safe Working at Height, Safe Working with a Sky worker or Moving Heavy Loads.
Our work requires education and experience and that is why we focus on quality. Additional training and/or education are therefore also standardized. An electrician always has a valid NEN3140 certificate and if an ATEX environment is his work area, he will receive additional education or training. A tubing fitter has a valid twin ferrule certificate and knows the differences between Stainless Steel, Aloy and Titanium. Each training is executed by a certified external company and come with a certificate.
During the intake of new colleagues, we go through a technical questionnaire and test or train the gentlemen at our location prior to placement. This gives a fair picture of the candidate and we prevent incorrect placements. Namely, an Ex (Hawke) gland requires different knowledge than a standard gland and connecting a multi-core cable is much more complex than a single cable. All our colleagues come with the necessary A-quality tools and PBM’s. By doing so, we underline our involvement with the customer, which contributes to the quality that Ebenezer stands for.
We have a beautiful office in Barendrecht where there is also room for relaxation. A Friday afternoon “drink”, the annual summer BBQ and our party during an evening towards the Christmas period, always offers room for conviviality. There is hardly room for business but it’s intended to get to know each other better. Our customers are always welcome. We work with people, and respect is an important subject. By communicating clearly and listen to feelings, we prevent misunderstandings.
